Two friends who know a lot about cars looked under the vehicle with Sung and confirmed the problems (I trust the shop and it was just a nice confirmation.) When we went to pick up the car, we were so impressed that Sung took the time to show us the old parts he had replaced. This is a great practice that not many mechanics do.
